ECP FAMILY FUN DAY

Family Fun Day is an annual fundraiser that supports the special passions and projects that make the Zeifman Family Early Childhood Program extra awesome! Each year, all funds from Family Fun Day go towards a special project. in 2026, funds will go towards a new outdoor classroom in the courtyard!

OBJECTIVE

Host a fun and engaging event for early childhood families and raise funds for school programming and equipment.

Pre-Event

I work closely with the Marketing and Multimedia Specialist on this event to assist in creating both print and digital graphics. Since this event is also an annual fundraiser, pre planning is a must. We meet with the ECP team regularly and identify roles and responsibilities as well as desired marketing materials. In 2024, I was tasked to create a new design for the event. Each animal on the train represents a classroom in the program! This design was hand drawn by me in Procreate and then implemented into the print and digital graphics promoting the event. The team also had a chart indicating which classroom had donated the most and was displayed in the hallway of the school for the families and children to see.

DAY OF EVENT

For 2025’s event, I was assigned photography during the event. It was a massive success! Check out some of my photo below.

Post Event

Once the event is over, the funds generated go towards that year’s goal. In 2025, the money raised went towards a new playground! It opened at the end of the year and is a big hit!
